PS2 Policies

Hitting Membership Policy
Members must call ahead on the day-of to reserve space. Sessions are limited to one hour per day and are valid for the purchaser plus one. Additional guests must pay $20 per session. Maximum number of people per cage is 5. Buckets of balls are $10 per session (you are welcome to bring your own bucket for no additional fee). Memberships expire 30 days from purchase.

Cage Rental Policy
Cage rentals are either 30 or 60 minutes and start on the hour or half hour. Only one batter and 1 adult are allowed in the cage at one time. The maximum number of people per cage rental is 5. Cage rentals do not include a bucket of balls as part of the rental fee. Buckets can be rented for $10 each or guests are allowed to bring their own bucket at no additional charge.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Lessons: We request that lesson cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson and have not called to cancel ahead of time, you will be charged for the full lesson.

Camps/Clinics: Reservations for camps & clinics are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your reservation to a friend or we will issue a credit to your account towards a future camp/clinic.
